Carlee Chick, RN, MSN

Carlee Chick is a registered nurse with nearly 16 years of experience in dialysis, primarily in acute and in-center settings. Her career has included direct patient care, patient education, care coordination, and clinical leadership, giving her a strong understanding of the complexities of kidney disease and the unique needs of patients receiving dialysis. In her role with USA Dialysis, Carlee brings this depth of dialysis experience to leading and growing the home dialysis program, with patient safety, clinical excellence, and patient education at the forefront of the care she provides.

Carlee believes exceptional kidney care is built on trust, education, safety, and genuine relationships. She is passionate about helping patients understand their treatment options, empowering them to make informed decisions, and ensuring they feel supported and confident in their care. Outside of work, Carlee enjoys spending time with her family, caring for their animals, gardening, cooking, and enjoying the outdoors and all that Montana has to offer.
