Telephone Hours
Calls are answered by our staff Monday through Friday during office hours. Our answering service is available outside of our office hours.
Holiday Closures
The office is closed on the following holidays:
- New Year's Day,
- Memorial Day,
- July 4th,
- Labor Day,
- Thanksgiving,
- Christmas Day.
Office hours are shortened on the Friday after Thanksgiving and on Christmas Eve.
Prescription Refill Policy
Please plan ahead. Medications are only refilled during regular office hours. They will not be refilled at night or on the weekends.
Billing/Finance Policy
We do accept Medicare assignment, but you are responsible for 20% of the Medicare fee as well as any deductible. If you are enrolled in a PPO, HMO, or other managed care plan, you will be responsible for any copayments at the time of service.
